What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our traffic division keep a track on the flights provided if you are on the same flight we will be able to monitor your flight and will be waiting outside waiting for you on arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time to qualify for refund

What are your no-show terms?

No Show terms: No show on date of arrival or departure will be considered a cancellation and is not refundable. (This is after 2 hours after the arrival time and 20 min. After the departure Pick up time)

What is your policy for lost items?

Cabo Airport Private Transfers is not responsible for articles left behind, but we make an effort to anything left behind, Call or email us immediately We will need detailed description of the item lost along with date, and reservation number.

How long will the driver wait for me at my pick-up location on departure?

Our private shuttles operate on a schedule. Please make sure you are ready to go 20-minute wait for pick up before being placed as a no show.

Where do you service to?

We can run transportation to/from the International Airport San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas private airport from all arriving and departing terminals We go to all locations in Cabo SJD, Corridor, Puerto Los Cabos, CSL as well as the Pacific side of CSL We can drop off and pick up at hotels, condo, resorts, private home or villa. Restrictions: Club Cascadas (We only offer one way to this location due to the hotels taxi union)
